14.2 Temporary Appropriations for FY21 Action
  Summary:
WHEREAS, it is desired to postpone the passage of the Annual Appropriations Resolution until an Amended Official Certificate of Estimated Resources for the year beginning July 1, 2020 is received from the County Budget Commission, and to pass a temporary resolution for meeting the ordinary expenses of this district until the effective date of the Annual Appropriations Resolution, and

WHEREAS, Section 5705.38 of the Ohio Revised Code provides that a temporary appropriation measure may be passed to meet ordinary expenses until not later than October 1, of the current fiscal year;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Northwest Local School District of Hamilton County that to provide for the current expenses and other expenditures of said Board for the period July 1, 2020 until the effective date of the Annual Appropriations Resolution for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 the following sums be, and the same are, hereby set aside and appropriated for the several purposes for which expenditures are to be made for and during said periods as listed.
